SEWA – South Eastern Wellbeing Assistance Pty Ltd an NDIS Registered Service Provider in victoria has been established in Melbourne in response to the demand for service support to Melbournians with the disability. We appreciate our NDIS participants and their families for their trust that provides us with this opportunity to deliver services to them.

In addition, we will share our Policies and Procedures with our NDIS Participants to make sure that they are aware of how we are maintaining our quality high. It also helps us to maintain our transparency and honesty with our participants.
For achieving this, we will:
- Maintain a healthy relationship with other professional support providers to provide continuous support to our participants.
- Ensure that we set the participant’s needs and expectations as our priority.
Ensure that our legislative compliance register is up to date and we provide services based on the legislation’s prescription. - Ensure that participants are involved in all our decisions that are related to them.
- Provide services in a timely manner and based on evidence that is mainly directed by the participant.
- Receive ongoing feedback from our participants and workers to make sure that we are improving our services on a continuous basis.
