Assistance with Social and Community Participation

South Eastern Wellbeing Assistance team of workers will assist the participants and their families to ensure that participants have an active participation in the society. We make sure that we involve participant in the decisions that affect them. This also includes the decisions about their sort of activities and hobbies. Participants can make informed decisions about their needs with our support workers that are dedicated to help them achieve their goals.
